Hi everyone,

I understand this is a very strange question to ask, but I can't seem to find a answer on it. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if websites such as "Go Fund Me" and that sort of thing can be used to raise money for family court matters?

I'm presuming there would be something saying you can't but I have had a few people suggest it to me and want to know if I could? Or would it breach something if I did?

Thanks.

Thanks for the replies. Would I have to be careful what I said in the description? Like leaving out names, etc?

Even if the Terms and Conditions of the particular site/ provider permitted
the activity you contemplate, you would still be looking at paying a hefty commission,
and probably personal income tax, on the amount raised.
