... 'within 28 days' bit is all about appealing based on the slip rule.

No. Slip rule can be used at any time.

Appeals are against the decision and must be done within 28 days.

Though I think it is questionable whether a slip has been made here. No harm in trying if it is important to you.

I'm in agreement with all three of you (allforher, sammy and rod) and there is some ambiguity between the three perspectives... but the one common theme I see is "no harm in trying"...

I'm willing to take a punt on that too...

So again, need help in writing an appropriate letter for judges assistant...

Rod - yup the slip rule can be applied after the 28 day deadline.
Been2 trial.... Mate read the thread again.... I don't think the common theme is 'no harm in trying'.

Allforher said you're wasting your time... go on read the thread again... second post on page 2. Rod has said that it is questionable as to whether this one applies to the slip rule and I have said let this one go through to the keeper..
I think the common thinking among those who responded is that you're wasting your time... Especially, since you got a good result man. 5 a fortnight against an obviously hostile ex.
well done.
move on nothing to see here
