Click to expand... yes, theoretically they can only take debtor's items. but, I am still very confused what it is in reality. Why the owner has to provide evidence the items are not debtor's? Why not the sheriff provide the evidence which item is debtor's before taking? further thinking, what if the sheriff go to the wrong address and take items from that address? will the sheriff ask is this the debtor's current address?
