They did say that I would receive a letter but I haven’t yet, I got a 6 month ban (I think that’s what he said) from all stores owned by woolies! But without a letter I don’t know if it’s definitely 6 months or longer! I won’t be returning within that time and I definitely will never do it again! Have you received a letter at all? They took my photo and made me sign a form as well as scanning my ID! 🤪

Is everything ok. Any developments,? Something very similar to yours happened to me. I'm mortified. Took photo.of me and bank card and Facebook profile as I didn't have any other forms of ID. I didn't sign anything or have to go to back of shop.

i hear you mate...it's about the wait that's no crap it is...unfortunately you prob have to just wait it out and hope for the best, sometimes in the wrong ppl do stupid things. If you are sufering mental illness etc see a psychiatrist
