Yes - I know I have to be specific.
Yes- I know it has to stay relevant.
Partly, you just need to show why the information is relevant - And I have to give reasons for wanting the information.

Yes, no - Is the above correct? Can you add anything else that I need to make sure I do?

Court, you have to ask for its release - In a civil proceeding is that information delivered to the court or does it get delivered to me?

Yes, not sure might be <$50. - Is there costs associated with a subpoena when you are filling out the court subpoena form?
I don't suppose you know the answer to my previous question do you?
Thanks again

The best way to do that is to be wholly sure of what you actually want, before you start.
I know what I want to get but I am worried about giving away too much information in these subpoena form or too little to justify it. Is it enough to say that I want the information to address the potential inconsistency between the phone call to police and the written statements the individual made to police?

Or is it better to indicate what those inconsistencies are believed to be?

As I said I don't want to put too much or too little in the form.
