Civil non criminal case for AVO:
The applicants were given 2 weeks to lodge their statements with the court at the initial hearing on April 12 and then serve them on me so that I could respond which must be done within 2 weeks from April 26.
It will be 2 weeks this Wednesday and I have received nothing. How do I find out if the applicants have lodged their statements with the court and just not bothered to serve them on me? I've heard nothing from the courts themselves.
