Unfortunately, many threads get hijacked by a particular person on this forum. Not very constructive.

In answer to your question, and I am speaking from experience here.... Report the matter to your local station and then the information is sent via InterPol to the local jurisdiction. That Police agency will then determine how they want to respond.

They can then ask local Police to take a statement from you.....
