This is before the courts - female child under 4 the day after her second weekend including overnight with her father, disclosed in her innocents sexually inappropriate behaviors and named her father - there was also contact before and after abuse reported to child protection where father was repeating behaviors that have consistently frightened the infant/toddler for his own entertainment, we can prove with vid / photo/ witnesses of at least 8 times father has enjoyed frightening this child but it was constant issue from birth and what i believe is psychological torture of a child. Father even bought a scary Halloween mask to frighten the child with, who at the time was around 10 months old because father wanted to see childs fear, told off by mother but later had the mask in hand and the child was distressed in the mothers arms, unsure if he used mask or was going to use mask whilst upset infant was in mothers arms but mother stopped him, father admitted he wasnt thinking... toddlers reactions are all typical trauma responses and she has consistently displayed being terrified of her father to the point that the father had to cancel 2 contact visits himself because of the toddlers level of distress, first time he returned the child because he couldnt get the kicking and screaming toddler into his car, he denies witness accounts and falsely claiming mother holds her tightly and whispers in toddlers ear - projecting what has been witnessed by him doing over many handovers, mother and witness had to organize distraction to interrupt him from grooming toddler to reject her mother in his presence - his affidavit is like a blue print of his own attempts to destroy or damage mother child bond like he had already been able to do to his own mother and his brothers relationship but its not illegal to lie to the court to gain custody, to be consistently falsely claiming mother uncooperative and hostile, to discredit your victim, to attack the mothers mental health becasue she started seeing a psychologist to help her get out of the abusive relationship , to file partial texts as proof of his lie which never happened or was so out of context in time and subject to be unrelated, to falsely claimed mother cat who he was abusing is a danger to child when his fathers dog bit child on her face on her 1st birthday and there are photos and a texts from his father apologizing, list of lies are prolific and so bold he even contradicts his false claims - eg mentally unstable, too scared to leave the house but she works thurs and fri with the general public, text and 5000 photos and vid of her and child out with heir's and also his family and friends, specialist dr appoints ments etc
mother and child are both sexual assault victims of his and mother reported in her statement of risk what he did to the same child etc but the childs father, is from a very wealthy family ($500 per hour lawyer to mothers legal aid) has been falsely claiming 'parental alienation' as well as other malicious discrediting false claims about the mother, even falsely claiming mother denied loving father contact with his child despite repeated requests but he was seeing the child every single day and using visit to frighten and intimidate mother until she had to get a temp intervention order - issue is that the father doesnt have to prove any of it to the courts, just say lie after lie after lie to the detriment of his victims and helpless to stop the abuse - the court instructed mother she had 2 options 1 claim serious sexual abuse with zero contact sought which is in another court but she will loose as cpa report will not be able to prove due to childs age and she will pay fathers legal costs with make up time and possible bond or claim father lacks parental skills which means she will loose due to cpa report will not be able to prove due to age and not sufficient grounds to suspend contact etc Mother had zero choice but to claim father lacks prental skill but she made sure her lawyer told the court father was sexually inappropriate with the child because he lacks parental skills - magistrate ordered supervise contact which his lawyer tried to reject but told he had 2 choices supervised contact or no contact until child protection report available which could be jan/feb when court returns - still other court same topic for breach in a few weeks.... what can we do to protect this child from further abuse - father will only do worse in punishment for rejecting him like her mother did?
