If I was unlawfully arrested, fingerprinted and had a mugshot taken when there was no necessity for this or reasonable suspicion, and I want to take the matter to the Victorian Police Professional Standards Command, what are the chances of getting something done? I understand this is just police investigating police so I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with them?
Just for the record, I didn't do anything the accuser accused me of and there's no evidence that I did because it never happened. It seems that this psycho can just make something up and I get arrested without any prior investigation.
It seems that the police were just trying to gain information advantage by arresting me and hoped to find something during the interview that they could use retrospectively to justify the arrest. They underestimated me.. Or, maybe they thought I could be taken advantage of.. Performance Stats?
No they didn't charge me or even say they were going to charge me. It all got marked No Offence Detected.
