Hello
Our sibling died and left no will. There is no partner or children and our parents are deceased. We understand that her estate will be divided btw the remaining siblings. We also understand about apply for Letters of Adminstration. We have one question - if one of the administrators is in receipt of a government aged pension, will this pension be affected by the whole estate as we were told that the assets become the property of the administrator/s after the time of probate being granted and before the estate is divided up. Is this correct?
