VIC Posting Photos on Facebook Considered a Breach in PSIO Conditions?

I'm wondering in regards to the conditions on a PSIO 'publishing on the internet or by email or other electronic communication any material about the protected person', does publishing on Facebook photos and posts listing the protected persons name classify as a breach?

Yes it is indeed. So I believe it would be a breach for any type of material about the protected person that's published on the internet.

I have not read the conditions to be sure of the answer, but seems that way.
