House and bills in wife name only and I have paid 50%. We made an agreement that as of May this year I would not have to pay my half of the mortgage (in her name and for our own reasons).
She then placed an ago against me that has excluded me from the house (maybe why she said I don’t have to pay from May??).
The mortgage and bills are now due, I am having to live away from home and pay legal bills to defend the avo and divorce. Trust me this does not come cheap and I don’t really have enough to cover everything.
Should I pay my share of the bills??
