Ok awesome that's that issue sorted lol the other thing he is worried about is if heaven forbid something happened to me that he wouldn't be able to have full custody of her he did want to try and adopt her but I told him its too much trouble also he wanted to put his name on her birth certificate but I also said that it wouldn't be possible because she is not his blood child is this correct?

If he is willing to do this, and your relationship is solid, and he loves your daughter, why make this call? Let him decide if it worth his effort in making it happen. It may be important to him and if he considers it is worth the effort and is successful then your daughter will be looked after if something happens to you. Else you may find the biological father stepping in to control things if you are not around.

Can't comment about the birth certificate.
