My company said they could accommodate up to one month only.
Definately mention this. Having an indication from your employer of what they can accommodate is always helpful. It also shows that you have been responsible by discussing the matter with your employer. Many people make the mistake of not doing that.

Hi,

Once again, I was reading some online articles. They indicate that I have to appeal 28 days before the suspension notice.

However my situation is that I did not receive this suspension notice.

Am I still allowed to appeal?

Yes, but you can ask for a copy of the infringement notice as it has all the details, call RMS and ask for a copy of the recent advice and that may give you some additional time if you tell them that you did not receive anything and that you are following on it now.
