Nice thread; thank you all for the information here! I also have some issues with the bank and was wondering how much time it might take. Three years is more than I thought it would be. I’m just hoping the lawyer I hired for this case wouldn’t tell me the same amount of time is needed to deal with the bank in court.

It's probably been about 4 years, as it was help up with AFCA investigating.
