You’ll need to get the grant of easement document and check that. The grant could (but more likely in easements to utilities and councils etc.) refer off to a standard terms document. If it does you would need to get that as well.

There is no right of storage on the easement document. However, the exact boundary of easement is blurred in the title document. Is there any other document that can be checked
