I have not forgotten the advise you gave me but my son and I have still not been able to get the child on his own to take a DNA sample. I remain hopeful that it will happen one day. It is very hard when we live 300 kms from the child. My son has contacted someone for mediation so that he can get visitation rights but has not received a response yet. As you put it, it is the game of family law and a messy one at that.
