Defective dental crown (which screws into an implant), what are my rights?

I got a dental crown made by a dentist which screws into an implant. It never fit right and is loose. I saw a dental specalist who has examined the crown, and they have confirmed that it was made incorrectly and it doesn't fit correctly onto the implant which is why it doesn't fit. The only solution is to have it completely remade properly so it can sit properly over the implant once screwed in.

What are my rights against the dentist who made the crown?

The usual Australian Consumer Law rights.
Refund, replace, or repair.
And no, the dentist who did the work does not, at present,
have to pay the costs you incurred getting a second opinion.
Easy path is to make a Consumer Tribunal (whichever one is in your state) complaint naming both of them jointly.
One of them will settle just to get you out of their life.
