The property that my wife Co owns with our daughter and her husband, is now in the hands of a Statutory Trustee to sell it, because she had a lawyer to represent her in court and my wife had no legal representation, because we are pensioners, and we could not get Probono legal representation.
Because my wife tried to help our daughter and her husband get a loan to build their residence on our property by going on their mortgage in name only (she has never paid a cent in 12 years) there solicitor has concocted a lie, that my wife has to pay 1/3 of their mortgage which is $250,000 and because only my wife's name and our daughter and her husband's names are on the title deeds, we will only get 1/3 of the sale proceeds.
My question is, do I have a claim for an Equitable Interest in our property,, because I have worked hard, many hours of labour and financial expenses to improve the value and amenities of our property over the past 16 years?
