If I carry a tactical pen equipped with a glass breaker, would I be able to use it for self defence if I am attacked in Australia, Victoria?
If not, what are the legal self defence weapons I am able to use in VIC?

1. No.
2. None. There is no "white list" of what's allowed, in the way you are asking about.

In Australia, you must train to fight. Your only self-defence tool is yourself. As Andrew Tate has taught us, you need to be masculine. You need to know how to fight to protect your loved ones. The law does not protect those who are in body bags. They protect those who are alive. And you'd rather live in prison that be in a body bag.
