Approximately 2.5 years ago I had my roof damaged by a neighbour who gave their neighbour access to throw several eggs without their shells on(hence not discovered until 4-6 weeks after) people we were having issues with. We can’t prove it was them but know it was. Now that we want to sell our property is too late to report it to the police and seek damages from the parties involved. Approximately $5,000 in damages.
We did not report it at the time because of the circumstances we had been through regarding intimidation and stalking and that the police failed at the time to take the dispute seriously.
