If you think it may breach their copyright or terms of service it probably does. If you contact them prior to release, that would be an admission that you think it does.

I don't think I am in breach of copyright, as I said previously I'm being overly cautious. Should I contact a lawyer it's just to confirm what I already believe.

Out of curiosity do you think google is in breach of copyright?

You should contact a lawyer for advice you can rely on
about what is and isn't the right way to go.

That advice may or may not line up with "what [you] already believe".

I say this with all courtesy - you may be technically adept, and perhaps even innovative,
but you display a certain naivety about business.
If you do in fact have a valuable product on your hands, then you need good advice
about how to protect it, and how to monetise it.

For that, you need a lawyer who knows their way around the field.
Before you talk to the marketing people!
