Changing child to private school - final orders already in place.

Is there an order for equal and shared parental responsibility? If there is, then both parties must agree on any decisions in relation to the schooling of the child.

Thats what is in my court orders and what I referenced to my ex-wife when she suggested moving our children to a school nearer her new residence (its only an extra 15 minutes travel time). Needless to say I refused the request and the mother let it go.
