Hello LawAnswers team,
I have been working for my current company, for more than a decade and my signed contract, stipulates that I receive a car allowance. Last year, my employer stopped paying me the car allowance, without giving me any reasonable justification. I have not been asked to sign a new contract, so my contract, which was signed many years ago, still lists the car allowance, as one of the conditions of employment.
I would like to know, if the cancellation of my car allowance, without being asked to sign a new contract, is legal. Thank you.
Kind regards,
Chris
