Hi,

I have received a police report from my lawyer which included a report done by a private investigator on a matter that has been concluded.
Police didn't pursue chargers. And magistrate dismissed the restraint order.

Are these documents public info or are they protected by law. That they can't be published or for others to read

Thank you

What possible reasonable, rational, reason
could you have to publish them?

Documents submitted to you clearly shows that they are not private or confidential. But if you want an expert opion on these matters you should consult a private investigator who deals such kind of cases , i know Kerry Hamwood, he is great a work. For more information you can contact him. I am sharing the link of his website, you can contact him if you like. pacificinvestigations.com.au
