Sure, if they can show that you took them.
Perhaps they have other evidence, like in-store video, or witnesses.

I just wanna know what happened? And how did the police came to you? Have you stole the items and ran with it? For how long after that did they appeared?

It was accidental and yes I did return items and paid for them. Thanks.
