Yes thats correct Rod...Application to vary along with a 60 page affidavit/annexures. All filed within time of the previous directions hearing. And yes I would like to file additional information that the other party and the court, currently don't have.

Soz I don't have time atm to look up the rules applying in QLD. Recommend you go to the court house and ask them. I can understand the court's reluctance to give information over the phone in a 'protected case' when you could be pretending to be anyone.

Worst case scenario is complete and serve the information anyway and hope it is accepted. Just be prepared for it not to be accepted. In which case you may be able to ask for an adjournment so you can file 'within time' bearing in mind the court never advised you what the filing date should have been.
