Hi,
I've been prosecuted for a Case and now on bail with no restrictions except being on good behavior, no history of trouble prior to this. The magistrate ordered the proof as I pleaded not guilty, which had to be served in early January. This didn't happen so it was adjourned and proof had to be provided early Feb. Now the 2nd reply date is on the 18th of Feb. What happens then? And what are my options?

Once you have the brief, then you can take it to your lawyer,
who will assist you to prepare a defence.
You'll be paying for this, and it is not work to which "no win no fee" applies.
