i received a speeding fine from a speed van along Johnston Road (heathwood) on the 4/10/21 alleging i was doing 78km/h in a 70km/h zone. The problem is the zone for where the photo was captured is definitively an 80km/h zone. What is the best option for moving forward, i dont want to have to go to court but if i must i will.
