My wife and I have just submitted our wills to be stored by NSW Trustee and Guardian. During the appointment, the agent said they prefer wills not to be stapled ie kept loose. We stapled ours so can't do much about that. Just a note to those who preferred to staple, do staple BEFORE you execute your will and never remove the staple after execution.
