I have had a number of issues with the management of applications by the back office of the tribunal. These have had a direct impact on an application I lodged and also when I was the respondent in another matter. The original response to a complaint I made was poor and actually avoided dealing with the subject. There are a few complaints similar to mine on google so its a substantial problem. It's quite obvious staff are protecting themselves so I'd like to escalate externally.
