Are Avo statements tendered as evidence:

A.) on the date of the Directions Order stating the date witness statements must be filed with the court; or

B.) The date of the Avo hearing?

Essententially when can the other party rely on the statements that have been made by the other party and use them as evidence?

Please help. Urgent.

As soon as they are filed at court.

Ok cool, so once them statement are filed with the court you can use them as evidence if they have lied. Is that correct?

Not A.) The documents can be filed before or after the date ordered by the court.

Just to expand on this the court gives the applicant a date to provide his statement and then a later date for the defendant to provide their Avo statements in response.

Are those statements tendered into evidence with the court on those respective dates, OR

they are not tendered into evidence until the hearing date?

Nothing to do with the hearing date or when court orders certain events to happen. The date is when they are filed.

Ok thanks. So that would be when the court states the documents have to be filed by a certain date and you provide the signed statements to the court. Thanks.
