I am interested in running a business that may infringe upon Intellectual Property Law.
I am currently in the early stages of putting together a business plan and would like to fix this problem first that may stop it in the water later.
If for example I was in possession of a videogame hardware and/or software and related merchandise.
1) Would I be allowed to display, rent and sell 2nd hand videogame hardware, software and related merchandise for business purposes?
2) Would I be allowed to display and lend videogame hardware and software, etc., related merchandise at a rate which covers costs of the venue?
3) Would I be allowed to display and lend videogame hardware and software, etc., related merchandise freely?
