I know verbal agreements are not worth the paper they're written on, but I reached an agreement with the executor and siblings regarding the sale of the estate's assets, known also to the estate's legal representatives - so its not a secret to anyone.
What's obvious is that the siblings, and possibly the executor, have no intention of keeping a bargain.
What rights do I have to ensure the agreement is met, or to have a contract signed formalising the agreement? Can I put a legal tenure on assets to prevent sale until an agreement is signed?
Tks
