NSW Unpaid overtime mentioned in contact 58 hrs per week

Hi , i am working as a civil engineer is a construction firm in Sydney. My contact says my ordinary hours of work will be from 7 am to 5 pm , monday to friday and 8 am to 4 pm on Saturday, with 30 minutes lunch break , plus any reasonable additional hours that are necessary to fulfill my duties or otherwise required by the employer. They have also mentioned the standard work hours per week as per fair work is 38 hours and the pay rate includes all components and no extra payment will be given for overtime. Is it a fair contract ?? I am already working for 58 hours per week and my employer wants me stay for extra 1 hr per day. Kind advise me
