I have been suspended from work. The management accused me of serious misconduct based on CCTV footage.

I requested the footage but was refused. I will only be able to view the footage in the meeting to discuss my employment and explain my actions.

This doesn't seem fair to me. Is there any employment law recourse in this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are they paying you while suspended? They may be able to suspend you if the employment contract/award/EBA allows it. Otherwise, no they are not allowed to.

Are they likely to have reasonable grounds?

BTW way if they call you to discuss the footage, tell them you may be bringing in a support person.
