If I leave a property to an under age grandchild in a testamentary trust, at what age does the property transfer to her if no age is stated in my will? Will title becoe theirs at 18 or 21?

The beneficiary isn't transferred the property until the trust 'vests'. So, when they get it will depend on the vesting date built into the trust - assuming it's not otherwise dealt with in the trust by the trustee (which again depends on the terms of the trust).
