Hi, this question isn't about a commercial lease. I'm just hoping that someone may be able to point me in the right direction. I've already tried consumer affairs on line. Can't find what I want . This is about residential tenancy matter. When a lease expires, if the tenant wants another lease , do I have to agree to one? If so, can I choose the length ? If not do the tenants go on a periodical tenancy, month to month? Just wondering what the legislation is with Covid happening. Thanks
