If I am unemployed, can I claim my lump sum payment? I am over 55 and I received an email with words to the effect if not gainfully employed PSS can pay lump sum out to me (or choice of putting into another superannuation fund).
I would prefer to collect my lump sum payment. I haven't been with this fund since 2004. Is this possible or do the words "gainfully employed" actually mean officially retired?
