Hello all I have a problem.
My mother passed a few months ago. The Will , I believed would allow me to stay in my parents home. It was a split with 70 , 15, 15 with myself receiving the large amount because of a chronic medical issue. At the time the will was written there was enuf money to cover the house not being included as an asset and I was safe. After my parents huge medical expenses the money in the kitty was exhausted. My sister wants her 15 percent and wants to sell the home in order to fulfill the conditions of the will. And yes she has heaps of money and she doesn’t need to do this
My brother has offered to pay my sister out in order for me to stay in the home.
My question is does she have the right to refuse this and sell the house?
