I'm currently doing a case study and have a few questions.
If a company sells its assets, and the buyer isn't happy, can they serve a Statement of Claim to the director as a natural person or must the claim be served with the company that sold the assets?
If the claim has been served to the natural person, how can the natural person defend and "redirect" the claim to the company?
Do all Statement of Claims go to court? If no, when would it go to court?
