I am the executor and sole beneficiary in a recently found will.

The funeral has already been arranged by myself but in the will it requests burial to be next to the parents of the deceased which has been done already.

The spelling of the father's name in the will is incorrect though which I wasn't sure if this can be an issue?

There is no other discrepancies but I guess looking for peace of mind while arranging probate.

As long as there is no doubt overall as to the intentions of the testator,
and no doubt overall as to the identity of the persons
near whom they wanted to be buried,
then a mere typo will not be a problem.

Further, if you are the sole beneficiary, then who else is there to complain?

Thank you for your response I really appreciate it.

I was just concerned the Supreme court could have an issue with it and request a requisition.

Yes there would be nobody to complain which is good.

Thanks again.
