Hi,
I got recently stopped over for speeding. I gave the officer my int. Drivers Licence. He didn't ask for my home address. Now the speeding fines is sent to the registered owner (not me) with a wrongly spelled surname.
Should I send the letter back 'return to sender, doesn't live here'? 'Cause my home address is overseas.
Thanks upfront
