Hello
I have received 5 speeding fines in NSW, including double demerit points but none of them was me as a drive. I am trying to contact the person who borrowed my car on those incident but he is unreachable. He even moved out from his place.

What can I do under traffic law on this occasion?

Not your responsibility to chase him.

Send form back nominating him as the driver and leave it to the authorities to chase him down.

Look on the back of the notices - you'll see instructions how to deal with it
if you are not the driver, and how to say who was.

You need to do this within the date range indicated on the notice.

As long as it's true that you were not the driver,
then actually finding the other driver is not your problem.
