Hi all.

We have a unilodge apartment owned outright. My partner's son has lived in it pretty much rent free for 10 years. My partner had a stroke 19 months ago which left him with a recognition brain injury called visual agnosia. So I am responsible for finances now.

Since the stroke my partner has asked his son to start paying rent, which he did but stopped a few months into it and now he is stuffing us around. What property rights do we have as owners of this property? He's like "you want to kick me out? Haha."

Either we sell up or rent out with a real estate. Is there any way we can solve this?

Thanks in advance
