Out of the stupid goodness of my heart, I allowed what I judged to be a desperate person with no place to turn to stay at a room at my house. I am the sole person on the lease and he has paid no rent or bond nor signed any agreement. My objective was to give him a place for a few weeks while he sorted things out. If he could work out a way to pay rent he could then potentially stay.
My judgement now is this guy is a loser who will never pay rent and worse has brought with him two dogs to go with my dog giving us three on the property. He also brought three snakes with him in fish tanks.
Does this guy have any rights or can I simply kick him out with his snakes and dogs?
