Married in Qld, 31 years. Separated 4 years. Both Canadian nationals and Australian citizens. He is filing for divorce now. We have resided and been in business in Vietnam 10 years. All of our assets are here. I would like to understand my rights and know if there is an attorney who can represent me in Vietnam to obtain my share of the assets?
