A mechanic came over, checked my car said engine blew up that was in February. It's now July its still not here. I have paid for it in full, because he said I had to pay him first before he gets the engine. Engine arrived he said it's a wrong one, had to order again, been going on till now. I kindly requested he refund the money and will pay him once he gets the engine he never did. I told him will take it to Fair Work, he said he go ahead, now will get my car later,he will charge me for the time wasted looking for the engine, taking out the old engine, travelling from one place to another looking for it. He said he was he was not well, cant do much so good time to look for an engine and no later than 3 weeks. I did take the matter to Fair Work, been 3 weeks no car, no updates. After 2 days he replied to my msg saying he had ordered will take 3 weeks to arrive and I will be charged for his time doing what he has done. Can he do that, as I have the breakdown of what he will be doing, and as I paid for the engine is full the only amount I had to pay was the service, etc $1250
