A 4x4 ford ranger bought from a dealer for $25 000 in March has constantly been giving problems the latest problem is the gear box it has been returned to dealer who refuses to fix it and has been sitting at dealer ship for two weeks - do we have rights as the car is not fit for purpose - the first issue was brake lights -
First week then the transmission light came on - serviced and this was paid for by the buyer - said it was a tear in turbo tubes -then battery died - replaced by new owner
Now it’s undrivable it’s been sitting at dealership for two weeks - has not provided the buyer a loan car - what are our rights ?

Did you buy the vehicle on Form 4 or Form 6?

In terms of what the WA Department of Commerce tells dealers... have a read of this.
