My adjacent neighbour who refuses to collaborate on repairing the damaged retaining wall on boundary even though i take full cost responsibilities. Im on higher side and his land is 60CM drop from my side. Since its an old property we are not certain how the land was developed, who cut the soil and whos getting more benefit with retaining wall, i dint want to find that out, hence i offered to pay the full cost.
The dividing fence on boundary is tilted due to the damaged retaining wall which needs repair and he’s not allowing my contractor to do the work from his land.
He says these needs to be fixed from my land itself, which is too difficult due to less space.
Can anyone guide what’s my right of access to repair retaining wall from adjacent land..
